・The problem caused from the disorder of the internet service, the game can’t be started.

1.Back Xbox home and go “Settngs”. Then select “Account” -> “Privacy & online safety”

 

2.Select “Xbox Live privacy”

 

3.Select “View details & customize”

 

4.Set “you can join multiplayer games” as “Block”

Until the restoration, there is a single player mode in the following way.
After the restoration, please place back on the original setting.
